OUR IN HOUSE SOFTWARE IDENTIFIES DISCREPANCIES
After you grant us a few permissions, your Case Manager will pull reports and run them through our software. This scans the data and highlights any discrepancies that could be eligible for reimbursement. Amazon lets us go up to 18 months back to ensure we maximize your reimbursement!
YOUR CASE MANAGER MANUALLY OPENS CASES
Once discrepancies are identified, your Case Manager will review and deem if these are opportunities for reimbursement. We then manually open cases in accordance with Amazon TOS.
WE FOLLOW UP ON ALL CASES FROM START TO FINISH
We manage the entire case life cycle from origination to providing any required additional information all the way through to reimbursement. We keep track so you don’t have to.

When all open cases are resolved and reimbursed we reach out to tell you the good news. The best part is you don’t pay us until Amazon pays you! We’ll send you a recap of how much we recovered and an invoice for our fee.
